Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Change Integration Project Manager to support engineering change activities for a major aerospace program. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all engineering change requests and collaborate closely with local and international engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams.
The Change Integration Project Manager will oversee Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) product change projects driven by significant design modifications within a highly advanced aerospace platform. Responsibilities include ensuring change control, executing approved changes, aligning updates with contractual and business case requirements, and supporting formal change governance processes.
This position offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the successful implementation of complex engineering modifications within a high‑technology aerospace environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Champion a safety‑first mindset and ensure full compliance with applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.Support the execution of program activities, which include change initiatives, to meet all business case and contractual requirements.
- Actively participate in engineering change review meetings with external engineering and procurement stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of change requests, definitions, and timelines, and prepare relevant information for internal engineering and program teams.
- Register, manage, and archive technical documentation and data in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal and external change review meetings to align deliverables and expectations across stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate estimates for proposed changes and oversee all aspects of implementation, including cost, scope, quality, and schedule.
- Collaborate closely with configuration management to ensure product configurations reflect approved changes and maintain full traceability.
- Work in partnership with program management and commercial functions to support a streamlined and effective change integration process.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and cross‑functional colleagues.
- Serve as the internal advocate for customer needs and perspectives.
- Adhere to all program management standards, policies, and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

5 years of program management experience with direct customer interface.

Proven ability to develop, manage, and execute project plans.

Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate across global teams.

High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Solid financial acumen.Completion of, or active enrollment in, a recognized program management certification.

Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to meet export control compliance requirements.
