Job Summary

As Transformation Enablement Lead, you drive and enable the organization wide transformation linked to new operating models, governance structures, and delivery practices. You help teams understand and adopt new ways of working through coordination, communication, learning activities, and close engagement with stakeholders. Your work ensures that strategic intent turns into real and lasting behaviors.

Job Responsibilities

•    Coordinate and follow up on cross functional transformation workstreams
•    Support engagement initiatives that build understanding and alignment across the organization
•    Plan and run learning activities, forums, and events, including efforts to strengthen digital literacy
•    Drive internal communication related to the transformation, ensuring consistent and clear messaging
•    Identify risks, resistance, or adoption challenges and address them together with stakeholders

Qualifications & Personal skills

You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and enjoy enabling others through change. You bring structure without adding unnecessary complexity and adapt quickly as priorities shift. You are service‑minded, positive, and able to create engagement around new ways of working. You follow up progress with care and help teams stay focused on outcomes.

•    Ability to coordinate cross functional work and follow up progress
•    Strong communication skills, with experience in internal communication or engagement activities
•    Comfortable leading learning sessions, workshops, or similar forums
•    Able to identify adoption challenges and work proactively to solve them
•    Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently when needed


Desirable

•    Experience with agile ways of working or digital product development
•    Knowledge of change management methods or frameworks

This position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, as such, the applicant should be able to gain the right to live and work in Sweden. Travel to other locations within the global GKN Aerospace group is expected.
