Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to GKN Aerospace in Trollhättan. In this role, you will work close to the business and site management, providing advanced financial analysis, planning and insight that directly supports decision making and performance.
As a senior member of the finance team, you will take ownership of complex analyses, proactively challenge assumptions and contribute to the continuous development of the finance function. You will also play an important role in improving forecasting, data quality and financial processes, including participation in digitalization and automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
• Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the site, including continuous improvement of models, processes and data quality.
• Act as a senior finance business partner to site management and key stakeholders, providing relevant, fact based analysis and constructive challenges to the business.
• Review and challenge monthly financial results and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
• Deliver clear, decision oriented management reporting with focus on cost control, profitability and cash flow, tailored for management.
• Take an active role in cross functional and finance led initiatives, including projects related to digitalization, automation and data driven development of the finance function.
• Support strong financial governance, control and risk awareness across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or similar analytical finance roles, preferably in a complex or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Solid understanding of financial systems and reporting tools; experience with SAP, Planning Analytics (TM1) and/or OneStream is an advantage.
• Experience working in a global organization and collaborating across functions.
• Comfortable working with complex data and motivated to improve financial processes through automation and smarter use of data.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
