Job Summary
We are seeking a Security Specialist with a strong strategic mindset to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of information security, governance, and project management. You will play a key role in shaping our security posture by defining requirements, aligning with regulatory frameworks, and driving security initiatives across the organization.
This is not a hands-on technical or architecture-heavy role. Instead, you will focus on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring security is embedded in business processes and projects.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of information security strategies and policies
• Define and manage security requirements for projects, systems, and business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security governance and compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation planning
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating security needs into actionable plans
• Stay current with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., KSF and ISM but also awareness of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
Job Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Experience in information security, defense compliance, or security governance within regulated industries
• Familiarity with Swedish security protection laws, including Säkerhetsskyddslagen, KSF, and ISM
• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements in a practical business context
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
