Job Summary

The project portfolio group within OE product solution are expanding to support our growth strategy. This group is responsible to lead all the projects related to our OE product solutions & services, ranging from the technology demonstration, product development with OEM customers as well as product support in the current fleet. The team is looking to grow with a Project Support Officer that can together with our Project Managers create a world class project excellence way of working. As part of this journey, the Project Support officer will 

Job Responsibilities

•    Support the daily management of portfolio & project activities 
•    Lead the project processes and best practices for Project Management way of working 
•    Coordinate activities associated with control and monitoring of progress, scope, value, cost and resource management within the project
•    Develop & create project reporting including analysis and identify areas for attention. Support in developing recovery plans where deviations demand so.
•    Preparing and maintaining the executive steering committee and project stakeholders communication.
•    Establishing and controlling robust document management in the Project and towards stakeholders.
•    Support creation, coordination and delivery of (change) proposals to steering committee/stakeholder requests.
•    Facilitate the change control process of the project and maintain the change log. 

Job Qualifications

•    Proven working experience in supporting projects in an industrial environment
•    Excellent external and internal communication skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Attention to detail and multitasking skills
•    Strong familiarity with project management software tools (incl. Team center, MS Projects), methodologies
•    Excellent data harvesting, processing, analyzation and visualization skills 
•    Project Management Professional certification like IPMA level C/PMP CAPM/ APM FPQ / /Other certification is a plus
•    You are proficient in the Swedish and English language
