  • Support the site leadership team and buyers with data to monitor and develop site Procurement Operations processes, ensuring master data are maintained within the Procurement function.
  • Custodian of all function KPIs and master data
  • Process and project
  • Key site interface with the Global Procurement Means & Methods team. Supports the setting of requirements for means and methods improvement projects and defining and implementing global procurement standards.
  • Leading functional excellence with regards to ERP processes and purchasing means & methods within the site
  • Training of the function in relation to MRP and purchasing process excellence
  • Leads local process improvement projects
  • Own the local procurement process in the site BMS system/quality system manual
  • Ensure local BMS system/quality system manual is updated from and adheres to internal (global procurement standards) and external demands (Authorities, Customers etc)

  • Interface with the Global / Regional Procurement Means & Methods function and site Procurement team to support development of Global Procurement means & methods.
  • Accountable for the accuracy and integrity of all procured parts master data including vendor records and quality records.
  • Responsible for forecasting, validating and tracking of inventory levels within Procurement Operations.
  • Provide support and coaching for procurement staff regarding any Procurement systems, MRP data or functionality queries or problems.
  • Accountable for weekly data audits for procurement operations to enable data to be cleansed and monitored by appropriate KPIs.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of reporting stock held at suppliers.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the demand signal flowing from the Supply Chain function into the supplier is accurate, where any demand issues occur within procurement, leading the activity to rectify.
  • Supporting the achievement of On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery from suppliers, through reporting and performing corrective actions to ensure a robust demand signal from the business.
  • Development and delivery of continuous improvement plans for Procurement Operations processes;
