Job Summary

Opportunities

You will be involved in the development from the production concept to the production preparation of all the parts. You have a desire to industrialize new parts, change in production, methods, processes to meet strategies in the area and on the product.

You will work daily to ensure quality, delivery and more long-term to carry out planned improvement assignments. You will coordinate activities related to programming, planning, design and modification of fixtures, tools, and manufacturing processes.  Resolves production problems and completes documentation on assigned parts.

Job Responsibilities

The  primary role is to Develop, evaluate, improve and document CMM-Programs.

Some of the activities will be:

Close dialogue with operators and technicians in the daily work..

Participate in dialogue with the customer and supplier regarding technical matters and issues.

Follow and contribute to our Operational management System and New Product Introduction process. 

Communicate  and present plans and results internally as well as externally.

Develops and implements process control techniques including work instructions using tools such as SPC, PFMEA

Analyses manufacturing process flows continually for the improvements of quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction for new work

Collarborates with other functions to ensure effective production methods

Coordinates part inspection procedures with Manufacturing Engineers.

Addresses and documents cause and corrective action issues to prevent future problem occurrences.

Determines required material and tools for production

Creates and registers changes to work instructions

Job Qualifications

Technical education with focus on Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience from inspection techniques, manufacturing techniques, drawing interpretation and GD&T

Preferabe merits from CMM-programming and software Calypso

Knowledge of English and Swedish in both speech and writing

You have a proven ability to work towards deadlines and that you have a methodical and analytical growth in your work. You are stress-resistant and flexible. You are innovative and solve the problems that arise. You work well both individually and in groups.
