The Product Lifecycle team drives smarter and more efficient ways of working across the organization by digitizing and connecting engineering processes and disciplines. We work closely with all business areas to reduce manual work e.g. searching for, or re-typing product data.

About the role
We are looking for a strategic and delivery focused Head of Product Domain – Product lifecycle to accelerate digital transformation and drive global value across our enterprise functions.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of our company. You’ll drive key enterprise platforms, develop automation capabilities, and partner with senior leadership to transform how we work globally. This is a role with real impact, strong visibility, and a clear mandate to drive change.

Job responsibilities

Focus areas include

• Product Lifecycle Management
  We develop digital engineering solutions that support key engineering processes, aligning and streamlining ways of working across engineering disciplines
• Digital Threads 
  We provide solutions that enable sharing of live, traceable and in context product data that are re-used where needed rather than re-created
• Product data change
  We ensure that everyone that needs to know, can access up-to-date information of relevant product changes, enabling team to work efficient and with quality ensured data
• You will define the digital vision, lead global product teams, and deliver solutions that streamline how we operate at scale. Working closely with business leaders and Enterprise Architecture, you’ll ensure consistency, alignment, and high-quality outcomes.
  
  

What You’ll Lead

• Global product teams (20 people) across product lifecycle
• Digital strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the entire Business Automation domain
• End-to-end product lifecycle — from idea to global rollout and continuous improvement
• Standardized processes and modern automation capabilities across functions
• Alignment with business stakeholders, Digital & IT, and Enterprise Architecture
• The product budget and capability development within the domain

Place of employment and travel requirements
This position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, as such, the applicant should be able to gain the right to live and work in Sweden. Travel to other locations within Sweden as well as EU is expected.
