About the role
We are looking for a strategic and delivery focused Head of Product Domain – Business Automation to accelerate digital transformation and drive global value across our enterprise functions.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of our company. You’ll drive key enterprise platforms, develop automation capabilities, and partner with senior leadership to transform how we work globally. This is a role with real impact, strong visibility, and a clear mandate to drive change.

Job responsibilities

• Focus areas include:
  • Enterprise Solution Development
    We develop user friendly digital solutions that support key business processes and help standardize and streamline how work gets done across departments.
  • Robotic Process Automation
    We automate repetitive tasks using digital bots, enabling teams to work faster and with fewer errors.
  • Business Process Automation
    We design end-to-end workflow improvements that connect people, systems, and information for smoother, more efficient processes.
  • Working closely with business leaders and Enterprise Architecture, you’ll ensure consistency, alignment, and high-quality outcomes.
    
    
• What You’ll Lead
  
  • Global product teams (10–20 people) across enterprise solutions and automation
  • Digital strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the entire Business Automation domain
  • End-to-end product lifecycle—from idea to global rollout and continuous improvement
  • Standardized processes and modern automation capabilities across functions
  • Alignment with business stakeholders, Digital & IT, and Enterprise Architecture
  • The product budget and capability development within the domain

Person Specification

You’re a strategic thinker who excels at execution. You have:

• Strong understanding of enterprise processes and digital/IT delivery
• Experience leading global or cross functional teams
• A product driven, value focused mindset
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
• A passion for building scalable solutions and automated ways of working

Place of employment and travel requirements
This position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, as such, the applicant should be able to gain the right to live and work in Sweden. Travel to other locations within Sweden as well as EU is expected.
