Your Graduate Journey
During the 22-month program, you will complete placements across different areas of our business, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of both our operations and technology. You will work on real projects and initiatives where technology is used to create business value, improve processes, and support organisational development.
Throughout the program, you will take part in a variety of graduate activities, including sessions with senior leaders and specialists, international development weeks, study visits, training courses, networking opportunities, and mentoring. These experiences will support both your professional and personal development while helping you build a strong network across the organisation.
International Placement
A key part of the program is a six-month international placement, providing the opportunity to gain experience in a global environment, build international networks, and broaden your understanding of GKN Aerospace's operations around the world.
The first 16 months of the program are based in Trollhättan, Sweden, followed by six months at one of our international locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Digital Technologies, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another manufacturing-related discipline
- Maximum 2 years professional experience after graduation
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Sweden
Preferred Experience
Previous leadership experience is considered an advantage, as is knowledge or an interest in digital transformation, business improvement, and the use of technology to create business value. Experience in data analytics, programming, software development, enterprise systems, or industrial IT solutions is also desirable. An interest in aerospace, defence, and space industries is considered beneficial.
