Job Summary
Do you want to play a central role in the largest Integrated Program Team (IPT) at GKN Aerospace and help shape solutions to both short‑term challenges and long‑term strategic goals? If so, this is your opportunity. We are now looking for an experienced Controller to join the Pratt & Whitney program in Trollhättan.
As the Controller, you are the senior financial lead for the IPT and a key business partner to the Program Director and the team’s commercial organization. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for planning, managing, and controlling all financial activities connected to the program and its contracts.
You will drive strong financial performance through high‑quality decision support, FP&A, and proactive business partnering. Your work will span the full P&L, including sales and margin management as well as tight control of working capital.

Job Responsibilities
- Delivering program level results by building a successful network, driving its performance and leveraging best practice
- Delivering program results by contributing financial and accounting insight, analysis, and recommendations
- Implementing strategies by evaluating trends, implementing critical measurements, resolving problems, implementing change.
- Support the organization by identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement.
- Developing financial strategies by forecasting cash as well as developing and implementing action plans.
- Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances.

- Demonstrated track record of success as a finance professional
- Excels in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, pricing, business analytics and reporting
- Strong analytical skills

- Connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrates emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly, collaboratively and persuasively
- Clear understanding of relevant technical accounting framework
- Good understanding of the Aerospace industry & Governmental customers
