Job Summary
We are now looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to GKN Aerospace. The role is global but based in Trollhättan. The primary purpose is to support the finance functions with business analytics, developing financial plans, supporting decision making through financial evaluation, reviewing financial results (providing analysis and insight), managing financial risk and ensuring financial control within the multi-site.
Job Responsibilities
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a business partner to management and other functions, providing financial insight and ensuring financial integrity.
• Review and challenge monthly results and forecasts, assessing risks and opportunities.
• Deliver clear, actionable management information to support decision-making and performance improvement, focusing on cost competitiveness and cash generation.
• Lead/perform review and challenge of monthly multi-site financial results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and promote best practices across the business.
Qualifications & Personal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (or equivalent) with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly, including variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
• Skilled in financial systems and reporting; experience with Cognos Analytics TM1 and OneStream is a plus.
• Background in global multi-site manufacturing, preferably aerospace, with knowledge of complex processes and working capital management.
• Ability to lead change, mentor others, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated success in finance roles, with expertise in budgeting, control, pricing, analytics, and reporting.
• Forward-thinking, relationship-oriented, and adept at driving process automation and efficiency.
• Excellent in Swedish and English, both in writing and spoken word
