Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for the aerospace industry and extensive expertise in ANSYS and Python. You will excel at solving complex structural mechanics challenges and developing custom scripts. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the design of our aerospace components, as well as contribute significantly to the development of innovative methods and tools.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform dimensioning and verification of engine components through finite element (FE) analysis, focusing on strength, fatigue,
fracture mechanics, and dynamic behavior, using both commercial tools like ANSYS and in-house developed software.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams involved in the design and development of jet engine structures,
incorporating new technologies and innovative features.
• Ensure the continuous airworthiness of certified products by analyzing field events and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and implement custom Python scripts and tools to streamline and enhance engineering processes.
• Drive the development of advanced analysis methods.
• Ensure thorough documentation of technical results and effectively present findings both internally and externally.

Candidate profile
You are a mechanical engineer with an in-depth understanding of solid mechanics, including structural analysis, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and dynamic analysis of structures. A natural problem-solver, you thrive when confronted with technical challenges
• Master's Degree in Applied Mechanics: You hold a Master’s degree in Applied Mechanics or a closely related field.
• ANSYS Expertise: You are highly proficient with ANSYS software, leveraging it to solve complex engineering problems.
• Python Programming Skills: You regularly use Python to automate processes, analyze data, and create tailored solutions for engineering challenges.
• Aerospace Enthusiast: Your passion for the aerospace industry drives your pursuit of innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies.
• Expert in Solid Mechanics and Material Science: Your deep knowledge of solid mechanics and material science equips you to address
issues of structural integrity, material behavior, and component performance with confidence.
