Job Summary

As Digital Portfolio & Value Manager, you are responsible for securing an overview of the full digital initiative portfolio. You make sure that leadership and product forums have the insight they need to make informed decisions based on value, capacity, and priorities.
You act as the single source of truth for portfolio status, risks, and value realization, turning data into clear and actionable input.

Job Responsibilities

•    Maintain an end-to-end overview of the digital initiative portfolio
•    Own and update capacity and demand views across domains
•    Provide structured decision material for portfolio steering and investment decisions
•    Support effective tactical planning by clarifying priorities
•    Track value realization and follow up on objectives
•    Own and improve portfolio reporting and transparency

Qualifications & Personal skills

You communicate clearly, handle complexity with structure, and make fact-based recommendations. You build trust through neutrality, consistency, and a service minded approach. You bring an enterprise perspective and are comfortable challenging priorities when needed. You focus on value, outcomes, and enabling others to make well grounded decisions.

•    Several years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or similar roles
•    Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a global setting
•    Ability to translate data into clear insights and decision support
•    Comfortable highlighting risks and supporting prioritization
•    Organized, reliable, and able to work independently when needed


Desirable

•    Experience with digital product development or IT delivery environments
•    Experience with value tracking or financial follow‑up

This position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, as such, the applicant should be able to gain the right to live and work in Sweden. Travel to other locations within the global GKN Aerospace group is expected.
