Join our global SAP team of 20 professionals within a global IT organization of approximately 120 employees.
Based primarily in Trollhättan, we collaborate closely with colleagues across the US East, US West, Malaysia, and Norway to support and develop our global SAP landscape.

As part of our digital transformation journey, we are transitioning across our ERP landscape to SAP S/4HANA while continuing to support both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. We work with a broad range of SAP processes and functionalities and are committed to delivering innovative solutions through complex, high-impact projects.

About the role

Are you passionate about SAP and eager to contribute to a global digital transformation?
We are looking for experienced SAP specialists within Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse Management, or Repair & Overhaul processes to help shape and optimize our SAP solutions.
 
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, implement, and support SAP solutions that drive operational excellence across our global organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as an SAP Application Specialist within the IT organization.
  • Provide global SAP support and collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Deliver SAP best practices and implement SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Support manufacturing, planning, warehouse, and repair business processes across multiple SAP modules.
  • Design and configure end-to-end SAP solutions while ensuring alignment with established standards.
  • Support acceptance testing for application releases and custom developments across all sites. 
  • Contribute to the organization's SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
  • Work with global teams across multiple locations and cultures. 

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of SAP experience.
  • Experience within one or more of the following areas:
    • SAP Manufacturing
    • SAP Planning
    • SAP Warehouse Management
    • SAP Repair & Overhaul 
  • Ability to analyze problems and identify effective solutions. 
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience working with agile ways of working. 

Desired

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations. 
  • Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and SAP Fiori.
  • Interest in logistics, manufacturing, and production execution processes. 
  • Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies such as Cloud and AI within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Experience working in global or multi-site organizations.

Employment

This full-time position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, as such, the applicant shall be able to gain the right to live and work in Sweden.

Travel is only required occassionally.
