Job Summary

The Regional Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the weekly processing and reporting of payroll for a dedicated group of locations. This role, will collaborate with HR and Accounting/Finance Departments on a frequent basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the processing of the regional hourly payrolls, including union and non-union employees.
  • Duties include gathering payroll data and preparing payroll management reports.
  • Manages the collation and distribution of payroll and benefit data for tax purposes on a quarterly basis, responds to questions from tax provider.
  • Support preparation of US year-end reporting requirements (W2s) and associated breakdowns. 
  • Support regional projects and initiatives.
  • Administration of Time & Attendance system.
  • Track PTO and report on accruals.
  • Prepare and process garnishment payments to federal, state and local jurisdictions.
  • Manage unclaimed wages through state escheat regulations.
  • Back up to other payroll regions and selected executive and international shadow payroll when requested.
  • Update new earnings codes/accumulators as requested.  
  • Support required reporting such as Pay Data Reports, ACA, etc.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 – 7 years of experience with US payroll or accounting
  • Able to run ADP Enterprise payroll and prepare required reports
  • Strong excel and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data and summarize for allocations and management reporting


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, HR or related function
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
