Job Summary

To support the day-to-day program operations of the Lockheed business domain and be responsible for the administration and activities associated with control and monitoring of progress, scope, cost and resource management across the programs. Reports to the Program Director “Other U.S. Defense.”
 

Job Responsibilities

•    Process and support the company order book to reflect the customer purchase order requirements in a timely and professional manner.
•    Facilitate the invoicing process and be responsible for overdue debt clearance (including direct liaison and management of overdue debt resolution with customers. 
•    Be the functional interface to the central Program and Commercial Management Office (PCMO) to drive standardization.
•    Process and support the company order book to reflect the customer purchase order requirements in a timely and professional manner.
•    Facilitate the invoicing process and be responsible for overdue debt clearance (including direct liaison and management of overdue debt resolution with customers. 
•    Be the functional interface to the central Program and Commercial Management Office (PCMO) to drive standardization.
•    Driving the Monthly Program Management Function review – ensuring all data is up to date and all the team members are engaged.
•    Securing all reporting data sets from both the internal and external (Customer) stakeholders.
•    Delivering the standard set of reporting metrics, per month, as required by the business.
•    Ensuring work breakdown structure (WBS), organization breakdown structure (OBS), and cost breakdown structure (CBS) schedules/ plans for the program are created and in a standardized manner.
•    Control and monitoring on progress, scope, costs and resource management and allocation for the overall domain programs.
•    Based on analysis, initiating of improvements/ recoveries on on-time delivery (OTD) and quality (Q) from Customer Scorecards / delivery schedule adherence (DSA) / Q etc in close collaboration with the responsible disciplines.
•    Preparing and maintaining the customer outlook for budgeting purposes.
•    Supporting Risk and Opportunity Management activities and managing the risk register to control and mitigate the risk exposure.
•    Driving the Monthly Program Management Function review – ensuring all data is up to date and all the team members are engaged
•    Securing all reporting data sets from both the internal and external (Customer) stakeholders.
•    Delivering the standard set of reporting metrics, per month, as required by the business.

Required Qualifications:
•    High School Diploma or GED
•    3 years contracts administration, customer support, program management or related field of manufacturing or production
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Completed or continued education in Business, Program Management, Engineering or related fields
•    Hands-on/professional experience data entry of customer requirements into ERP systems
•    Experience with aerospace and/or aircraft machined and assembled components
•    Intermediate Excel experience and working knowledge
•    Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
•    Proven experience with Customer Interface and Communication
•    Financial exposure and/or experience with Budgeting and Cost Accounting
