Job Summary

 

As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will partner with the business, interface with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide a clear road map for all development projects while being responsible as site owner for all functional areas in regards to the business systems

Job Responsibilities

 

•    Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
•    Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
•    Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
•    Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
•    Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
•    Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
•    Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.
•    Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
•    Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
•    Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.

Job Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or 4+ years of Equivalent Training / Experience will be acceptable
•    A minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
•    3 years of experience with ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
•    U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements


Preferred Qualifications:


•    GKN Experience
•    Experience with Cincom Control experience 
•    Great organizational and time management skills
•    Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong influencer, able to create messages and communication materials for multiple levels; OCM experience 
•    Strong business analysis or lean management background with a track record of delivering large, complex ERP projects
•    Experience with Supply Chain Process, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, BOMs, Routings, and/or Purchasing 
•    Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense environment
