Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic HR Systems Specialists with proven SuccessFactors experience, certified in 1 or more modules. Knowledge of WorkZone for HR, Document Management and e-signature solutions and Qualtrics would be beneficial.
The successful HR Systems Specialist will be a confident and enthusiastic self-starter, with strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests and projects to specific timeframes, train users and administrators to use the system operatively, problem solve, and deal with confidential data and information.
As an HR Systems Specialist, you will serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and will develop, support and maintain SuccessFactors across some of the following -  Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, Succession Planning, Platform, Performance Management, Objective Setting, Career Development, Reporting and Analytics. Development of our solutions is key and the introduction of WorkZone for HR and integration with other HR systems is a key strategic objective to deliver a world class employee experience using world leading technology.
 

How You'll Contribute

⦁    Work with Global Business Process Owners to gather functional and non-functional requirements of systems, processes and business models and translate into technical solutions designs.
⦁    Lead technical solution development and provide BAU support
⦁    Identifies options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
⦁    Deliver design workshops
⦁    Blend technologies to create leading practice end2end process solutions and user experience
⦁    Test and verify system functionality within new and existing systems and solutions.
⦁    Documentation of specifications and design
⦁    Manage end2end UAT activity
⦁    Supports integration design, development, and implementation efforts between HR systems and other business applications.
⦁    Deal with defects, issues and errors
⦁    Ensures IT security requirements are observed and designed into future demand/requirements.
⦁    Be aware of the latest capabilities 
⦁    Liaising with external parties (e.g. consultants, software vendors, auditors etc.) where required.
⦁    Support implementation of upgrades and/or enhancements to existing solutions.
⦁    Ensure the integrity and availability of applications and solutions across the application portfolio.
 

What You'll Bring

Essential: 

  • Proven and recent experience in supporting or leading an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, ideally Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning or Compensation, however other certifications may be considered.

Desirable:

  • Ability to work with internal customers to provide support, guidance and influence; able to lead change impacts and build networks within the business
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to analyse cause and effect relationships
  • Proactively propose solutions 
  • Self-driven, motivated and results orientated
