As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll join our growing Global Talent Acquisition team where you’ll take responsibility for an allocated business function/s in The Netherlands. The role will sit in our Civil Business Line which spans across Europe, APAC and North America so although you’ll have your core area to support there’ll also be the opportunity to gain exposure to the wider global business line.
As a collective the Talent Acquisition team are responsible for a diverse range of roles from volume operational roles to niche specialist support roles and early careers opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the very best recruitment service is delivered to your candidates, stakeholders and allocated business functions. You’ll take ownership for the end to end recruitment journey; partnering with Hiring Managers to drive best practice and carry out sourcing activities to deliver an inclusive and diverse talent pool whilst managing your success factors data and driving time to hire. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting with the roll out of our Global Talent Acquisition strategy where we have a number of interesting projects for you to gain experience from.
The role is hybrid with a mix of home working and sites in the Netherlands.
Making a Difference
Day to day you’ll own the end to end recruitment process for your performance site, which will include but be not limited to:
- Being a brand advocate - delivering the very best candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Building strong partnerships with onsite stakeholders and HR teams within the performance centre you support
- Support with implementing global recruitment process
- Driving pace, efficiency and consistency throughout the recruitment journey to impact time to hire
- Conducting vacancy launch calls with Hiring Managers to aid the accurate and very best attraction of talent in the market place and to advise on best attraction and selection methods
- Creating compelling job advertisements in line with brand guidelines and vacancy launch specification
- Using attraction methodologies to conduct sourcing activities to support direct sourcing strategy
- Building talent pools to support future recruitment activity
How you’ll contribute
You’ll bring your passion and expertise for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:
Essential
- Demonstrable experience gained in-house/agency experience within a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Advisor/Senior Advisor/Partner or Specialist level role
- Be fluent in English and Dutch
- Competent in using applicant tracking systems, ideally Success Factors to support the recruitment journey from requisition approval to offer
- Demonstrable experience of owning the recruitment journey from briefing call through to offer for an allocated business area/function
- Conversant with direct sourcing methods and attraction methodologies to source talent
- Able to work at pace, prioritising accordingly to deliver an amazing service to stakeholders – keen to drive requirement needs to support time to hire
Desirable
- Previous European or Global Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience of recruiting either or both technical engineering roles or specialized business functional roles
