GKN Aerospace in Papendrecht, the Netherlands, are looking for a motivated and ambitious Talent & Development Intern! 

Are you studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education or another relevant study and looking for an internship? Do you believe that developing and helping people reach their potential is fascinating and you want to get more acquainted with the field of Talent & Development?

Day-to-Day tasks

  • Support the co-ordination and facilitation of internal and external training activities such as leadership development and individual contributor 
    • Coordination of training and workshops, including room bookings, inviting attendees and attending on the day to support facilitators
  • Knowledge Management: Ensuring all information is properly stored in Shared Drives and SharePoint
  • Work with the Talent & Development Specialist to ensure training calendar is created, updated and aligned to business needs
  • Supporting the Graduate Program
    • Coordination of interviews, on-boarding, events and other activities of the Program 
  • Liaise with the shop floors and with local L&D coordinators and facilitate the mapping of existing trainings and learning
  • Support the Specialists with identifying learning gaps and business needs 
  • Support with Engagement and Coaching sessions 



  • You are currently studying on a HBO or University level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education or another relevant study
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must for this role
  • You are proactive and you feel comfortable with taking initiatives 
  • Organized, you like to work in an orderly manner and with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with liaising with multiple stakeholders 
  • Experience with Excel and creating reports would be desirable
