Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting and coordinating supply chain and production planning within the Landing Gear Product Team in Papendrecht. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and that different departments work together effectively to meet delivery commitments.
On a daily basis, you will monitor progress and coordinate activities between teams such as Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality Control and Operations. Thanks to your overview, strong communication skills and hands-on approach, you are able to identify and resolve bottlenecks in a timely manner. In this role, you will report to the Site Supply Chain Manager and make a tangible contribution to achieving our operational objectives.

Fokker Landing Gear, part of GKN Fokker Aerospace, is a leading specialist in landing gear and associated systems. We design, develop, manufacture and maintain systems for leading aviation projects such as the Apache, F-35, Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 and the NH90.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be central to the day-to-day management of the supply chain and production planning. You will maintain a constant overview, make adjustments where necessary and liaise actively with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Monitoring production progress on a daily basis and making timely adjustments in the event of deviations
• Coordinating and monitoring medium- to long-term planning within the Product Team
• Actively liaising with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Quality
• Identifying bottlenecks in capacity, materials or planning and taking proactive action
• Supporting and ensuring the achievement of production and delivery targets (Master Production Schedule)
• Leading and preparing daily meetings, including clear follow-up on actions
• Monitoring SCM KPIs and translating insights into concrete improvement actions
• Ensuring clear communication and coordination between all departments involved
Job Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive professional who takes ownership and feels at home in a dynamic environment. You know how to inspire others, communicate clearly at various levels and maintain a clear overview in complex situations.
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a similar field
• Approximately 5 years’ experience in supply chain, planning or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into concrete improvement actions
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• A proactive team player with a flexible and solution-oriented attitude
Ideally, you live in the Papendrecht area or are willing to relocate, as this role involves a significant amount of on-site work.

• Competitive salary in line with the Metalektro collective agreement, depending on experience
