Job Summary

 

The Regional Manager HR Shared Services (SS) plays the key role in professionalizing and optimizing the HR processes and HR services. The Manager SS leads the HR SS employees and coordinates daily activities within the HR Shared Service Centre (HR SSC).

Is responsible for managing the HR SSC where all HR related topics, especially in the field of the administrative processing of HR processes and systems, learning and development processes and recruitment support to employees, managers and HR colleagues is delivered.

The HR support provided focuses on the Dutch sites as well as for the Global Functions, whereby issues for non-Dutch employees and managers are also processed within the international context.

Job Responsibilities


• Coordinating the services at an individual level in accordance with HR processes according to established procedures and work instructions, including advice to managers and employees as well as (complex) administrative tasks.

• Coordinating the implementation of the HRM policy of the assigned departments, in accordance with the policy frameworks.

• Coaching and guiding the HR Shared Service Center employees.

• Ensuring the right qualitative and quantitative staffing on an individual level within the HR Shares Service Centre, in temporary or permanent employment within budget.

• Ensuring an adequate implementation of personnel management or administration, as well as supervising the correct implementation of regulations with regard to employment conditions and the like.

• Ensuring an adequate implementation of the administrative processing of training issues, certificates, diplomas, the organization of training courses, booking rooms, and trainers.

• Taking care of/submitting Request for Changes in the global change process with regard to Success Factors.

• On request, participating in consultations and contributing expertise in the field of HRM to managers of the assigned departments and in working groups.

• Coordinating administrative processing of processes related to expatriates and supervising the provision of necessary documentation and arrangements in this regard.

• Providing administrative support in dismissal cases by means of file and case development.

• Ensuring correct follow-up of questions from employees and managers about HR processes and systems.

• Managing the HR support officers.

• The first point of contact for HR colleagues regarding support related issues.
