This role supports the core projects required to transition to the new HR operating model and the specific implementation of HR shared services. The role is critical for the move to the new model and will proactively support, manage and coordinate multiple projects, working with broader project teams and key stakeholders. It is envisaged this role will be for a duration of 18-24 months.

  • Map and document key processes to develop HR business process framework, embedding relevant policies and any relevant compliance.
  • Leads project teams to deliver of multiple key HR projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Ensure clear definition of HR change projects and clarity on scope, roles and responsibilities and resource requirements.
  • Apply lean principles to management and delivery of relevant projects.
  • Define project roles & responsibilities, creation of project documentation (e.g. PID, project plans etc) and ongoing management/coordination through to project completion.
  • Prepare and communicate regular and consistent updates to key stakeholders on project progress, priorities and actions required.
  • Review of existing processes/activities and working as part of virtual project team deliver consolidation and harmonisation appropriate for operation of HR shared services.
  • Identify key milestones and communicate to relevant stakeholders in advance, including risks to plans as necessary.
  • Provide advice and support to senior stakeholders throughout project plan.
  • Support Reward Director with ad hoc projects, as required.
