Job Summary
- To support the NPI Program Management Team and play a pivotal role in day-to-day NPI activities, and be responsible for the administration and activities associated with monitoring and control of progress, scope, cost and resource management.
- To play an important role in planning and scheduling activities of the portfolio of non-recurring projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain schedules and plans for the project portfolio. Based on analysis, initiating improvements / recoveries to complete projects within original budget and planning.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date the KPI’s and dashboard for NPI PM.
- Compiling and follow-up of Work-Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organisation-Breakdown Structures (OBS), and Cost-Breakdown Structures.
- Supporting Risk and Opportunity Management activities and managing the risk register to control and mitigate the risk exposure.
- Support in various other activities such as budgeting and document control.
Job Qualifications
- Analytical and planning skills;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to manage several stakeholders, and to change communication style depending on stakeholders and situational needs;
- Skilled in the Dutch and English language, both spoken as well as written;
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel Powerpoint) and planning applications (MS Project and Primavera).
