Job Summary

The Civil Program Management and Commercial office consists of the PMCO lead and the PMCO officer. Jointly they ensure that the Civil Airframes program management and commercial professional work with the best standards. The PMCO defines and maintains these standards as well as captures and distributes best practices in the Civil Airframes business line. The PMCO officer is responsible for consistent and transparent reporting across the Business Line program portfolio. Supporting and building the program management and commercial community is an essential part of this role, so good cross-cultural networking skills are key to be successful. 20 % of your working time, you will be travelling. 

This role is a good stepping-stone into a program manager role in Civil Airframes. 

Job Responsibilities

  • You will give direction to the Program & Commercial Management function to support and deploy best practices.
  • You will be responsible for assurance of adherence to defined standards and governance in areas of program management and commercial management by developing and embedding standards
  • You will be responsible for the consolidation, challenge and timely delivery of the Program management reports and commercial management reports in line with the defined governance structure
  • You will be responsible for defining an effective set of tools and templates for program and commercial management processes
  • You will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of a portal for program management and commercial management. The portal is used to distribute information and best practices and gather data for reports
  • You will support the definition of training needs for program management and commercial management and deployment of these trainings in collaboration with stakeholders
  • You will support deployed program and commercial staff, provide functional coaching and guidance as well as communities of practice
  • You will support the life cycle process and gated reviews
  • You will be accountable for functional management and administration of the IT tool for scheduling.

Depending on your experience, your salary will be determined based on the grade associated with this position. Medior scale: G. In addition to a good salary, we also have excellent other employment conditions.
