We are now looking for a Centre of Excellence Manager in the discipline of MES \ MOM

Job Responsibilities
The MES/MOM Centre of Excellence (CoE) Manager will develop a team of skilled members whose mission is to provide a sustainable application support capability to the business and deliver best practices around the particular area of specialism for MES & MOM & Machine Integration.
- Leading a team of application subject matter experts to deliver application support with agreed SLAs,
- Ensuring the business/function are aware of the latest capabilities and drive standard application best practice,
- Structuring, leading, training and coaching their team for maximising engagement and effectivenss,
- Conducting annual employee reviews and setting employee objectives in line with global and regional objectives,
- Implementing Global IT application standards,
- Creating and executing application Lifecycle Management Roadmap,
- Supporting Senior Management with Annual IT Budget Review,
- Collaborating with our IT Business partners to ensure the projects are correctly resourced and prioritized,
- Ensuring IT security and compliance requirements are observed and maintained in future solutions,
- Performing other related duties as assigned by Management.
Job Qualifications
Essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language,
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience within an engineering, manufacturing enterprise level business,
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in people and project management,
- Systems experience in a manufacturing environment, manufacturing execution system (MES), manufacturing operations management (MOM),
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment – to actively listen, challenge and communicate,
- Demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to deliver results,
- Strong problem solving skills at both a strategic and tactical level,
- Be proactive and take initiative to achieve the business goals,
- Professionalism and flexibility,
- Ability to work directly with senior management in a fast paced environment,
- Ability to maintain confidentiality,
- Excellent organizational and planning skills,
- Ability to build relationships within the business,
- Open to travel.
Desirable
- Written and oral communication skills in the Dutch language,
- Systems experience in a manufacturing environment Machine Connectivity (Service Buses),
- BSc Degree level qualifications in Engineering / IT related disciplines or Time Served Apprenticeship, HNC,HND,
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Project management skills
