Or we invest in new material and structural technologies with the aim to make aircraft lighter. We also apply our knowledge and experience to help (new) aerospace companies to realize their ambitions in the field of electric flying.

What will you be doing in the engineering traineeship?

During your traineeship you will be challenged to work on your personal development with the help of the best coaches en mentors. Together with your fellow trainees and coaches you will formulate your personal development objectives. Besides personal development, the first year of the traineeship is also focused on providing specific engineering courses and trainings that will prepare you for your future job. In brief, we offer you a steep learning curve and personal growth.

Whereas the first year of the traineeship is focused on acquiring relevant knowledge and personal development, the second year will be focused on getting to know the wider company by doing 4 assignments for different internal customers. It offers you the possibility to put to practice what you’ve learned in the first year: a combination of working, learning-on-the-job and developing yourself.
