Job Summary

Working as a member of the global Infor CoE team (Center of Excellence), you are supporting and driving best practice usage of the ERP and ERP related solutions across our Civil and Defense Business Lines.  While initial focus will be within the Netherlands, support and engagement across our global sites will also be included. 
We are in the process of transforming the Baan ERP software into the latest version of Infor LN across our GKN Fokker business, and this is an exciting time to join the team, as we strive for standardized ways of working across our Aerospace and Defense business.  

 

Job Responsibilities

  • ERP LN implementation support
  • Work with the functional owners / key users in the business
  • Tests and verifies system functionality within new and existing systems and solutions.
  • Works alongside the other global IT functions (including IT operations, security, project management and IT business partners)
  • Ensures the business is aware of the latest capabilities and drive standard application best practices
  • Patching/updating systems
  • Controlling and supporting the change request process
  • Business support; incident management, training, discussions, etc.
  • Supporting / supervising projects including work with external parties
  • Keep up to date with professional knowledge 
  • Optimize business processes with latest technology
     

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience working within and/or supporting an information technology environment.
  • Experience working with manufacturing and Infor/Baan ERP systems.
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative, including performance of duties exercising independent judgement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment – to effectively listen, challenge and communicate.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Professionalism and flexibility.
  • Experience developing or supporting Infor and/or Baan systems and processes.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in the Dutch and English language.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to translate the functional and non-functional business requirements into a technical solutions design.
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations for compliance adherence purposes, and country/region specific knowledge appropriate to role.
  • Subject matter expert in the area of Infor and/or Baan ERP

  • The maximum salary for this role is between € 4.818,- and 5.814,- depending on your experience and qualifications and according to the CLA Metalektro,
  • 8% holiday allowance,
