IT PMO Project Manager

Job Summary

The Global Project Manager role is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific global project you are working on. Global Project Managers will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

Job Responsibilities

• Required to follow all HSE rules and regulations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Work as an effective member of multi locational teams requiring demonstration of leadership qualities
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
