Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Administrator to join our Central HR Team based in Papendrecht. In this role, you are the operational backbone of our HR Centers of Competence. You will support colleagues across Rewards, Mobility, Vitality and Communications while also helping to keep our Central HR Office running smoothly from an administrative point of view. You report directly to the Country HR Director and work closely with HR specialists across multiple disciplines. 

Job Responsibilities

As HR administrator you will be responsible for providing operational support to the various Centres of Expertise. You will also be responsible for providing general administrative support to the central HR department. Your responsibilities include:

Rewards & Benefits: 

  • Supporting payroll control and validation;
  • Administering the company Lease Bike Plan and related reporting;
  • Monitoring data quality within the HRIS through reporting and set out measures for improvement for HR support teams.

Mobility

  • Supporting employees with relocation-related questions and administrative processes. 

Vitality & Benefits

  • Managing the Employee Insurance Agency employer portal (UWV werkgeversportaal) and taking care that the administration is carried out correctly and in time.

Communications

  • Maintaining and posting (HR) updates on the company’s intranet;
  • Handling central HR-Related mail correspondence. 

Office Support and Employee Experience 

  • Managing incoming and outgoing postal mail;
  • Supporting the Central HR Team with ad-hoc administrative and local activities;
  • Maintaining SharePoint documentation and document control;
  • Processing and managing invoices intended for central HR, including administrative follow-up;
  • Coordinating  milestone recognitions (birthdays, births, weddings) and other special occasions.

Job Qualifications

You are structured, service-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment. You enjoy taking ownership and can work independently while staying closely connected to your team. 
In addition, you bring: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role (HR or Finance preferred),
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in working with HR Systems,
  • Experience working in – or the ability to thrive within – a complex, international matrix organization, 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken),
  • A proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility,
  • High accuracy and discretion when handling confidential information,
  • Availability to work 32-40 hours per week on-site in Papendrecht.
