Job Responsibilities

As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing Team Leaders and their teams, ensuring they have the support, direction and resources needed to succeed. You will play a key role in building an engaged workforce, fostering a positive culture and delivering results through people.

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and their teams.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and high-performing working environment.
  • Building a culture based on trust, accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Supporting employee engagement and helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to achieve shared goals and deliver for our customers.

  • Promoting open communication and encouraging teams to identify and implement improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and applicable regulations.
