Job Summary
The EWIS Leadership Team is a diverse, global network that collaborates closely across sites and disciplines, driving an exciting communications roadmap for 2026. As the EWIS Communications Intern, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced environment where you’ll work closely with senior leaders and help shape communication campaigns that connect and inspire teams across the globe.
In this position, you will help build and deliver communication campaigns, play a key role in projects such as the quarterly newsletter and the “Most Inclusive Company in the Region” initiative, and create engaging visual and written communications. You will also have a hands‑on role in strengthening engagement across our global organization while gaining a unique view into how communications support daily operations within a large international engineering and production environment.

This internship is for 24-32hours and it will be required to work 2 days at the office and 2 days from home.
What You'll Do
Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Connect with different audiences and stakeholders in China, India, Turkey, Netherlands, Mexico
- Ensure consistency and clarity in messages shared across international teams.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write internal announcements, articles, newsletter pieces, and intranet posts.
- Help turn technical or complex subjects into messages people can easily understand.
Digital Communication & Community Engagement
- Create visuals such as posters, infographics, slides, and photographs.
- Update and manage content on digital channels and intranet pages.
- Create posts, highlights, and updates that keep employees informed and engaged.
Campaign & Event Support
- Assist in planning and delivering internal campaigns across global sites.
- Help coordinate local and worldwide community‑oriented initiatives.
- Gather feedback and simple event analytics to help improve communication activities.
What You'll Bring
- Proficient in English and fluent in Dutch.
- Content creation and storytelling.
- Photography skills (beginners-intermediate)
- Strong digital and social media awareness.
- Ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Creativity in developing posts and engagement materials.
