Job Summary

To support the day to day Commercial operation of the business and be responsible for the administration and activities associated with customer enquiries, the return of quotations, order receipt and management though to invoice clearance and overdue debt reduction. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Process the units and check the customer purchase order requirements 
  • Facilitate the invoicing process and be responsible for overdue debt clearance (including direct liaison and management of overdue debt resolution with customers. 
  • Co-ordination of Commercial communication to and from internal and external customers. 
  • Sending quotations to customer for each unit received from customer.
  • Creating the sales orders and making sure the invoices created on the correct time and with the correct amount
  • Creating EASA certification and make it approved before shipping a unit to customer
  • Processing all the units based on disposition from customer ( Scrap, RAI, Repair etc)
  • Ability to integrate with internal processes and departments to highlight commercial issues and performance status. 
  • Support the interface with the business to highlight contractual obligations to its customers in order to avoid breach of such obligations. 
  • Establishing and controlling robust document management in the IPT and towards/ from the customer. 
  • Creating record for each unit on Q-Pulse to enable traceability.
     

Job Qualifications

  • You have a relevant education such as Commercial Administrative employee MBO level.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • good to excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs such as MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • You are able to communicate fluently in Dutch and English (verbal and in writing)
  • You have commercial experience
  • great attention to detail
  • You are a true teamplayer
