Job Summary

The Centre of Excellence (CoE) Business Systems Manager will develop a team of skilled knowledge workers whose mission is to design, build and maintain systems in the area of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to optimal support our business processess and provide the business with a sustainable PLM tools support capability and deliver best practices around PLM tools. Build a team to provision Build (new project deployment) and Run and support existing PLM application platforms within agreed SLA.

Job Responsibilities

  •      Lead a team of application subject matter experts to deliver application support with agreed SLAs.
  •      Ensure the business/function are aware of the latest capabilities and drive standard application best practice
  •      Structures, leads, trains and coaches IT staff for maximum effectiveness
  •      Conducts annual employee reviews and sets staff objectives in line with global and regional objectives
  •      Implementing Global IT standards
  •      Application Lifecycle Management
  •      Supports Annual IT Budget
  •      Ensuring the IT Business partner leads function is efficient and customer service oriented.
  •      Ensures IT security requirements are observed and designed into future demand/requirements
  •      Performs other related duties as assigned by Management

How You'll Contribute

To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:

Essential:

•    Working experience with PLM tools - ideally PTC's Windchill PLM software.
•    A relevant HNC/HND or equivalent such as Computer Science or a related discipline – engineering degree  
•    8+ years IT experience gained from an applications focused role within a manufacturing environment
•    3+ years experience of line managing IT teams 
•    5+ years project management experience having led multiple projects simultaneously
•    Experience of working with senior leadership teams 
•    Experience gained from matrixed and fast paced environments
•    Fluency in Dutch and English.


Desirable:

•    Experience gained from the Aerospace industry
•    Experience gained from an international organisation
