What will you do?

As a CNC Turner, you will manufacture high-precision aerospace components on CNC lathes using Heidenhain controls. Your work directly contributes to the safety and performance of advanced aircraft systems.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and operating CNC turning machines with Heidenhain controls.
  • Machining complex aerospace components according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Performing in-process inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with strict aerospace quality standards.
  • Checking completed work and ensuring a smooth handover between shifts and production stages.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues, quality inspectors, and team leaders to achieve production targets.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
  • Working in a two-shift system (morning and afternoon shifts), with attractive shift allowances. Future expansion to a three-shift operation is anticipated.

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner (CNC Lathe Operator).
  • Hands-on experience working with Heidenhain controls is mandatory.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience performing precision measurements using standard measuring equipment.
  • A quality-focused and accurate approach to work.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Good command of the English language, as technical documentation and work instructions are often provided in English.
  • Experience within aerospace, automotive, or high-precision manufacturing environments is considered an advantage.
