Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to support our engineering team with day-to-day technical and project-based activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment and exposure to real-world engineering challenges, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist engineers with process improvement, data collection, and analysis
• Support engineering projects related to manufacturing, quality, or operations
• Create and update engineering documentation, reports, and work instructions
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with time studies, layouts, and workflow optimization
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of engineering solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
Requuired Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field)
• Completed at least one year of engineering coursework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CAD software (Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts
• Prior internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience
• Interest in manufacturing or aerospace environments
