Teamleiter (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von bis zu 12 Mitarbeitern im Bereich der Produktion in Abstimmung mit dem Gruppenleiter
- Förderung der Mitarbeitermotivation durch regelmäßige und geeignete Kommunikation sowie Festlegung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Aktionen und Maßnahmen
- Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter; Vorleben und Vermitteln der GKN-Kulturprinzipien
- Organisation des Personaleinsatzes und der Mitarbeiterschulungen sowie Einhaltung Prozess-, Qualitätsvorschriften, der Arbeitssicherheit und der Umweltschutzauflagen Schnittstellenkommunikation zu vor- und nachgelagerten Fachabteilungen
- Organisation des Arbeitsablaufs und der Arbeitsmittel
- Feinplanung der Produktionsaufträge sowie Monitoring der Produktionskennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung der Produktionsqualität und -quantität
- Sicherung der Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben für den zu verantwortenden Bereich
- Budgetverantwortung bezüglich Kosten, Produktivität und Stunden
- Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und deren stetige Verbesserung durch eine kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse
- Förderung des konsequenten Einsatzes des LOM (Lean Operating Model)
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Fachausbildung Industriemeister Kunststoff / Metall (m/w/d) oder adäquate vergleichbare Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Überdurchschnittliche Fachkenntnisse
- (erste) Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und PC-Systemen
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Job Summary
The Team Leader is accountable for achieving the People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost (PSQDCC) targets through the disciplined and rigorous deployment of the Lean Operating Model.
The Team Leader is accountable for attaining Operational Excellence across their designated area of responsibility, in line with the Performance Centre objectives.
The Team Leader is accountable for creating a Great Place To Work through developing and empowering first class Team Members and driving a culture of continuous improvement, safe working and open dialogue.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and sustain a culture that is aligned to the GKN Aerospace ÂGreat Place To Work value drivers and Culture Principles by role-modelling behaviours, motivating, encouraging and recognising the contribution of individuals and teams.
- Hold Team Members and Team Leaders accountable to embody the GKNA culture principles

- Leading and developing their teams to understand the context, mechanics and the delivery of PSQDCC targets to meet customer and stakeholder commitments
- Driving the disciplined and rigorous deployment of the Lean Operating Model (LOM) across their assigned areas
- Active involvement in problem solving and the management system using a ÂGo to Gemba approach to solve problems with the ambition that 95% of issues can be solved within the zone itself
- Contributing to the Value Stream future state design, and ensuring its execution across their assigned areas
- Cooperate with other Team Leaders to ensure the best performance outcomes for the entire Area
- Holding the functional support staff accountable for adhering to the Global standards and enabling their zone team to meet its targets
- Ensuring the disciplined execution of Daily Management and Standardised work through the conscientious adherence to Leader Standard Work
- Driving and facilitating the Engagement of all team members, ensuring engagement actions are defined, implemented and followed-through
- Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring that staff are aware of the policies and their individual responsibilities and accountabilities:
