Job Summary

The HR Coordinator position performs assigned HR administrative tasks requiring the application of HR principles and practices for the HR Department at a site within GKN Aerospace.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assists the HR Department with various administrative responsibilities including data entry, maintaining and filing employee information, and maintaining HRIS systems. 
  • Acts as a liaison between employees and HR vendors (internally and externally) to resovle problems.  
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process as requested.  
  • Assists with the onboarding process including new hire paperwork, files and orientation. 
  • Conducts audits of HR programs and systems to ensure compliance with company policies, as well as governmental laws.  Makes updates and recommends corrective actions when appropriate. 
  • Analyzes HR related data and prepares reports as needed. 
  • Supports the HR Department with various research projects and/or special projects as assigned. 
  • Assists in addressing employee inquires about HR related topics, questions, concerns, etc.
