Job Summary
We are seeking to recruit a Methods Agent to join our Operations division as part of our Fokker Elmo Canada team. The position will be supporting our ongoing activities with one of our main customers in the Montreal area. The majority of our work is performed on the aircraft, providing a unique hands-on working experience for the entire team.
Job Responsibilities

- Exemplifying a safety-first mind-set and ensuring compliance with the GKN Health, Safety and Environment policies and standards
- Prepare work instructions
- Order electrical parts, provide track and trace information and carry out pick-up at various locations
- Keep track expiration dates for tool calibrations
- Maintain tool inventory including timely calibration of tools, the drop off and pick up with the local calibration company
- Work together with our international colleagues to solve supply-chain issues
- Order tools and other needs on the local market
- Carry out data entry and document archiving for work instructions, drawing changes, MODs, and NIEOs.
- Participation in the root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Cover any other general administrative needs of the team. Maintain positive team relationships in an international setting.
Job Qualifications

Essential
- Diploma from accredited school in Electrical Cabling or Avionics ( example – EMAM or l’ENA )
- Bilingual – French and English
- 5 years experience in a technical environment
- Must be willing to work in Mirabel
Desirable
- Experience of aviation electrical wiring
