Job Summary

 

Lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling the activities necessary to use the planning and finance modules in LN at Manchester, North Charlestown and Muncie.

Job Responsibilities

 

• Deep understanding of the gaps to be closed in order to get:
   o a Planning module fully functional in the 3 sites: ERP System is consistently reliable, capable of triggering stable flow of incoming production material required from external and GKN suppliers to site, enabling production cells to satisfactorily meet Program Demand and maintain inventory at established target levels.
   o Finance module fully functional in LN:  KPI’s, MRB Warehouse and Scrap flows to variance account and GL account, perform invoice imaging.
• The scope is from project planning, through deployment including documentation of the processes and training of the users.
• Develop cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Programs, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management the Project charter and Project plan, get Steer Co sign-off of them.
• Manage execution and control of the activities in the cross functional teams at each site according to time plan
• Manage external contractors and IT solutions for configuration as necessary to support ERP planning and financial control implementation
• Become proficient in Supply Chain practices to support overall cluster success.

Job Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field OR 4 years of high volume materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of a degree.
• 1 + year relevant manufacturing experience, aerospace preferred
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements
