Prosjektleder New Product Introduction

We are in an exciting and expansive phase and seek a New Product Introduction Leader (NPI project lead) to prepare for series production and industrialization.
The main responsibility is to secure the project from a schedule, cost and quality point of view and will be the perfect opportunity to use and grow leadership skills.

Main responsibilities as NPI/Project Leader:

The main responsibility of a NPI project lead is to secure the progress of a project and support Operations in introducing the products in production.
 

The project shall follow the NPI process to secure the maturity of the project at different gates as defined by the NPI process and life cycle gate process.

To secure product quality the project follow the zero defects methodology which is controlled by industry standards such as AS13100, APQP and PPAP.

The project manager will report the project status and progress to a steering committee on a regular basis. At the end of the project knowledge shall be captured and lessons learned shall be defined.

Required Qualifications:

• You have a technical degree at university level, previous experience of project management and a proven ability to work analytically.
• You demonstrate strong skills in leadership and enjoy getting the most out of the team.
• You have an open and positive personality with a clear customer focus. As this role connects with customers and stakeholders in an international environment excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) is crucial.
• Our working language is Norwegian and candidates with a proficient level will be preferred.  

Business travel may occur.
