Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of SCM professionals, deliver operational performance using SCM standard business processes and strategy. The scope includes Purchasing, Planning & Scheduling, Logistics and associated performance metrics(Delivery, <SA, Logistics costs, DIO, etc). The role is accountable for the deployment and continous improvement of Supply Chain Management standard processes. as a member of the site leadership team, the sithe SCM is the "conductor" for purchasing, planning and logistics, ensures adherence to management process and alignment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the site Operations Supply Planning and Pruchasing activities
  • Responsible for the detailed execution of SIOP and orchestration of the MPS processes (that includes management of Master Schedulers and Shop-floor Schedulers)
  • Responsible for the site inventory strategy and performance
  • Responsible for uniformity, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency, and accountability of the organization's official master data in the systems.
  • Accountable for logistics activities (freight, warehousing, internal movements, inbound/outbound logistics & etc) and the assoiated costs.
  • Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring that staff are aware of the policies and their individual responsibilities and accountabilities (Import and Export Control Regulations, Compliance and Ethics Policy on Contracting with the international Regulations all areas of responsibilty involving direct and indirect contracting with the international Regulations. 
  • Leading and developing their teams in the delivery of People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost targets, meeting cutomer and stakeholder commitments.
  • Procure/Schedule parts, materials, tools, etc. to site/program schedule and business schedules in line with business targets.
  • Responsible for managing all supplier-related delivery activities and authority to commit company resources through alignment of central contracts and agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure a high quality, reliable source of supplies, services and information.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or other discipline.
  • At least 7-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the candidate must have experience in communicating with Business Users and technical technical development staff.
  • A team player, willingness to coorperate and accept added responsibilities
