Maintenance Team Leader

With the new equipment move into the new site, the experienced Maintenance Leader is required to support the equipment placement, installation, debugging etc. 

• Monitor condition of property, facilities and equipment and identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement schedule for regular maintenance and upkeep of property, facilities and equipment
• Develop, implement and monitor the strategies for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and effectiveness
• Develop, implement and oversee the preventative maintenance process to ensure reliability and effectiveness
• Research and implement the best practices for facility maintenance and repairs
• Develop and implement audit program for mechanical systems
• Establish and maintain safe work procedures and regulations
• Monitor and maintain established quality standards for all process
• Provide regular reports on status of maintenance and repairs
• Ensure maintenance team’s compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures
