Job Summary

The FP&A Analyst will provide financial planning, analysis, insight and control for the Business Line finance function across actuals, forecast, budget, and strategy.  They will also support the leadership team in special projects as required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for leadership reviews.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain and establish automated reporting/forecasting tools.
  • Adhere to all financial governance requirements and support internal and external audits as required.
  • Provide business partnering to site based functions - provide insight, analysis and reporting according to their requirements, and support in interpreting and acting on financial data.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc requests as needed.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • 3+ years of finance/accounting experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills required.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative team that is responsive and results-oriented.
  • Understanding of managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, pricing, business analytics and reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical skill and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the Aerospace industry.
  • GKN experience preferred.
