What you'll be doing

As part of our Graduate Programme you can expect the following:

a series of project-based rotations predominantly within sites and teams working on Defence programmes. These rotations will aim to equip you with the experience and skills to progress to a Programme Management role at the end of the scheme. Multiple opportunities exist within the UK sites across a varied Defence customer portfolio, for a graduate to support day to day Defence programme management (execution, financial performance, customer management) across both NPI and steady state programmes, with:
- change control, 
- risk and opportunities management, 
- lifecycle management and 
- Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP).
The Business Line often faces multiple project tasks across the portfolio where programme management is the closest to general management and gives exposure to all key functional aspects.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in either an Engineering discipline or Manufacturing/Business Management. Skillset we are looking for is an strong interest in aerospace and defence, sound judgment/decision-making and an ability to work across cultures.
• Talented individuals with skills, enthusiasm and passion to become leaders of the future in what they do!
