In Hoogerheide we are looking for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Proces & tools manager. As a SCM Process & Tools manager you will Lead SCM Projects aiming at developing and continuously improving the end to end flow of material, efficient utilization of available capacities and resources, in a safe environment and in order to meet customer demand, enhance material flow and optimise inventory. You will also ensure compliance to policies, standards and governance of SCM processes through communication and training of the site SCM team. And at least you will support the site SCM in executing the site SCM Strategy in accordance with the guidelines provided by the SCM Centre of Excellence.


  • Contribute to build business cases with clear deliverables within Key SCM projects to support Global/Regional Supply Chain Management team to deliver the roadmap to achieve excellence in SCM.
  • Create, maintain and govern the execution of Project Plans, to be delivered within agreed timescale and costs.
  • Support SCM projects and processes from CI and deployment perspectives.
    • ​​​​Integrated Business Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Shop floor inventory control, Distribution Requirement Planning, Inventory Management, Product Life cycle Management processes, Supplier logistics, VMI, milk-runs, warehousing, AGV, packaging, material handling, distribution, end to end visibility, IT/Solutions Projects, ERP, SCM Solutions.
    • ​​​​​Support Supply Chain Management team in the creation and/or deployment of Business standards.
    • Provide Director Global SCM Solutions with inputs to design the relevant Corporate Strategy.
    • Provide site Supply Chain Management team with relevant Training.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Maintain, manage and communicate results as per defined project KPIs and project governance.
    • Apply PDCA approach, use A3 appropriately in case of deviation to plan to ensure successful project delivery and sustainability.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Planning Skills.
  • Fluently English. One additional language spoken would be a plus.
  • Planning skills: 5 years experience in Forecasting & Demand Planning, IBP / MPS / MRP, Daily Scheduling & Execution, Master Data Management., Leveraging IT solutions.
    •  Practitioner level for Strategic Planning, Inventory Management, Industry & Product acumen, Project Management , Business Process Excellence

And / Or

  • Logistics Skills: 5 years experience in Master Data Mangement, Transportation Management, Inbound / Outbound Flow, Customs, Transport & International regulations, Internal Flow & Warehousing, End-to-End visibility and data exchange.
    • Practitioner level Inventory Management, Industry & Product acumen, Project Management, Operations Excellence, End-to-End Supply Chain Mangement.
