About the opportunity

As our maintenance engineer, you are an expert in the field of maintenance and maintenance development. The position focuses on setting up, managing and improving the maintenance strategy and thus increasing the reliability of the machinery and installations of the buildings. You have a leading and coaching role within the Maintenance Department in the field of maintenance and continuous improvement.

Your responisbilities

 

  • You manage, analyze and register the technical performance of assets and assess the technical status of (critical) assets.
  • You are responsible for drawing up and implementing maintenance strategies and multi-year plans.
  • You determine the required risk parts (spare parts) and you provide advice on this.
  • You manage, assess and archive all relevant maintenance documents.
  • You are the Functional Manager of the maintenance management system (OBS) and the company installation.
  • You are responsible for contract management and assessment of the work of contractors and, if necessary, you are the escalation partner for technicians of these contractors.
  • You have the switching authority of the company installation.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor (thinking) level electrical engineering.
• Certificate of competence in high-low voltage.
• Knowledge of (PLC, logo) control technology, mainly Siemens.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Management System and asset management.
• NEN3140 installation responsible for the assets is a plus.
• Being able to create conditions for achieving the desired result.
• Planned attitude, proactive attitude, professional maturity and a professional attitude.
• Autocad drawing of electrical installations.
• Used to working in a team.
• Able to communicate in all layers of the organization.
• Knowledge of WCM, TPM and RCM.
• Knowledge of the English language and good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest (electrical) technology.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Depending on your experience, your salary will be determined based on the grade associated with this position. The medior scale is K, starts at €3,047 and ends at €4,423 gross per month.
• In addition to a good salary, we also have excellent other employment conditions, such as 27 days of leave and 13 ADV days per year, a profit-related and an annual benefit. And a good travel allowance if you have to travel further than 10 km.
