Job Summary

Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, the Facilities Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and support of the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) by effectively using data driven approach to scheduling maintenance activities, allocating resources which maximizes equipment uptime, reduces costs, and enhances overall operational efficiency. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, coordinate, troubleshoot and manage the department's CMMS (Maintenance Connection).
  • Oversee and/or and Support processing of work orders including PM scheduling, receipt, coordination, input, tracking and prioritization.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs 
  • Performs regular data analysis on parts/assets and recommends process changes.
  • Work alongside internal teams and vendors to record current and outdated assets, and add or update Preventive Maintenance tasks.
  • Collects and manages data to support maintenance KPIs.
  • Works with CMMS programmers to implement system updates.
  • Collects and manages data to support maintenance KPIs.
  • Adjusts and prioritizes schedules to account for equipment availability from ops and emergencies.
  • Generate work order reports to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager and managers highlighting high and low volumes of service requests.
  • Assist with CMMS related App when users experience glitches related to access.
  • Support in-office staff with administrative processes related to vendor relations.
  • Performs other essential duties and tasks specific to the position.
  • Provides training and guidance to maintenance staff.
     

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or Information Systems. 
  • 2 (two) years experience in a data management and customer service environment
  • 1 (one) year of hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), managing maintenance schedules and services.
  • U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent analytical skills
  • Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to use maintenance planning and scheduling software (Maintenance Connection)
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Technical experience in maintenance, manufacturing, engineering or equivalent experience in developing and implementing resource efficiency.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards 

Compensation Data

Compensation Range: $80,505.00 - $100,632.00
