Project Director

The Project Director will be responsible for the set-up, coordination and completion of the project on time and within the scope and budget at our El Cajon facility. Will assist in the definition of the project scope and objectives. Set up the project structure to enable measuring project performance. Ensure the project is delivered on time, on value, within scope and within budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project; Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project schedule to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule value and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, among other duties.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or other related Engineering field of study or its foreign educational equivalent.  Salary is $169,500-175,000.
